While yoga has since gone through many transformations and refinements, its dedication toward health and mindfulness remains a staple of the practice. Our classes and instructors are dedicated to teaching people from all different backgrounds. There’s a common misconception that only fit people in top condition can practice yoga, but the truth is that yoga is a practice anyone can learn. Even those with physical limitations on account of injuries or health conditions can practice yoga and experience its benefits.
