Prohibited Content: You may not publish content on our platform that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, or that promotes hate or discrimination. Any content that violates this rule will be removed by GESTRS® and the user may be terminated.

Payment: GESTRS® will pay users for the views and clicks on their blog posts. Payments will be made on a monthly basis and will be sent to the email address associated with the user's account.

Disclaimer of Warranties: GESTRS® makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on our platform. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, GESTRS® disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: GESTRS® will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
